The problem
Much of the operations team's week went on manual work: compiling documents, entering the same data into multiple systems, and moving information between tools by hand. The processes worked, but they didn't scale — every new job added more admin. And beyond operations, the business needed a stronger digital presence: a modern website, a way for subscribed members to see and manage what they have access to, and a route to resell reclaimed materials online.
What Estara built
Custom software and automation across the business, delivered in stages. Two major automations now handle the repetitive admin and document work. A new website, a customer portal and an online materials marketplace give the business a complete digital platform — all built around how the team actually works, not a template.
Some implementation details are limited by a non-disclosure agreement.
The outcome
- Roughly 20–25 hours of weekly admin removed by the admin & document creation automation
- A further ~15 hours of weekly admin input removed by a second automation
